The fight is soon interrupted by the appearance of Ririchiyo herself, who’s just wondering what the hell is going on. In a rare display of character, Soushi is PISSED and immediately transforms into his fox form to battle Kagerou, who similarly transforms into his oni form. The next day, Soushi (feeling bad for what happened last night), confronts Kagerou about the “important matter.” He begs Kagerou not to tell Ririchiyo about it, but Kagerou (in true dickish fashion) refuses Soushi’s request. Ririchiyo and Soushi have suddenly found themselves in THE TWILIGHT ZONE This hurts Ririchiyo deeply, and she ends up crying alone in the hallway. However, when she meets Soushi, she finds him to be acting very strangely, and even a little cold. Feeling extremely sorry for the turn of events, Ririchiyo musters up the courage to pay Soushi a visit at his room to apologize. When Ririchiyo’s finally able to come home, she’s depressed that she wasn’t able to keep her promise to Soushi. I guess he's sadly just a one-trick pony. His SM shtick was definitely not as funny as the first time around. The four end up spending the whole afternoon just goofing around in the city. Banri and Karuta also end up tagging along. But once again, Ririchiyo finds herself whisked off unwillingly by Kagerou, who claims that he has “important matters” to discuss with her. It ends up taking up all of Ririchiyo’s and Soushi’s time, so the coffee date is moved to the next day after school. After the fun and games, Ririchiyo and Soushi pay a visit to the lounge of the Ayakashi Manor, where they find that someone has been leaving tons of papers with quiz questions all around. Holy crap, the animation quality in this episode dropped like a ROCKĭuring the study session, the gang gets coerced into another set of partner mini-games, where Soushi once again reveals his obsessive knowledge about Ririchiyo. However, she still finds herself with tons of time to kill before the scheduled time, and so ends up having a study session with Karuta and Banri. When she gets home from school, Ririchiyo goes about the preparations, intending for everything to be PERFECT. This causes her to act strangely for the better part of the day.
